不以物喜,不以己悲?

这几天由于一些事请脾气特别暴躁,说话也特别冲,得罪人了.其实我是没有恶意的.
以前以为这些年下来自己脾气已经小很多了,其实,江山易改秉性难移啊.
就像我这辈子好多事都放不下一样.
永远不可能放下了.
范大人,不以物喜,不以己悲怎么做到呢?
